Next month, I'll be travelling to lovely Minneapolis to do a reading from The Sinner's Guide to the Evangelical Right. I'm looking forward to meeting Richard Dawkins who will be the main event of the conference. Here's the scoop:

I just turned in a piece for a new anthology that will be edited by Sean Manning, Rock & Roll Cage Match (Three Rivers Press, August 5, 2008). I chose the Sabbath vs Zeppelin "rivalry." Sabbath won, of course. The book looks like it will be a lot of fun. Here's a few "rivalries" that will be included:

My site had gotten a bit dusty so I decided to turn it into a blog. I hear these blog things are are almost as popular with the kids these days as Adderall. Check back for updates on readings, writing projects, and of course ferrets.
